Trainings
Trainings are in English (with translation to French or German as needed), and teaching is tailored to individuals. You don't need to make all trainings.
Everyone's welcome, gym clothes are OK (shoes not needed), and no previous experience is necessary.
Feel free to just show up, but if you have any questions, reach out!
Mondays 20:30 – 22:00

Wednesdays 20:00 – 21:30
- Zentralstrasse 105, 8003 Zürich
- Open outside of school holidays. We might make special arrangements during these times.
Fridays 10:30 – 12:00
- Binzstrasse 12, 8045 Zürich (in Aikido Atelier — follow the signs to "Dojo")
- Open all year around
